I've 4x450w panels connected to a 50v epever mppt at 24v. It can handle 1200w max. Two panels are serial connected and both serials parallel connected. I think there's no problem while your voltage is under max limit. Mine is 100v.. I get the max power even when the sun is not the perfect one.
