Hi, i was looking some affordable BMS recommendation, below are the criteria must be meet.
1.) 16s (LiFeP04) 48v system
2.) MUST be 250a or above (anything above 200a seems hard to find)
3.) need to be smart BMS able to access thru bluetooth or other connection.
*I don't want to use DALY...
i was looking BMS recommendation, below was my requirement, if you have any clue do let me know, and thanks in advance.
Requirement:
1. 16s BMS, 150a continuous , all charging / balancing voltage should be configurable .
2. have a nice display screen (something like simarine pico) , chargery...
Currently i have a single phase REVO II 5.5kw hybrid inverter, but i need to switching to 3 phase soon as i have some 3 phase device.
My requirement as below:
1. MUST be 3 phase with fully unbalanced output 230v/415v @ 10~15kw
2. able to connect 48v battery system
3. high volt PV preferred...
Oh , I totally forget bms was in negative side, my mind was keep thinking before or after bms , but totally forget BMS should be in negative. Thank for mention it.
Shunt before bms is because I want to measure the shunt idling energy consumption also. Since this is the first retrofit we want to...
you shouldn't set the balancing voltage at 3v, it will destroy the battery balancing. It is good to set the bulk charging voltage to 3.45v or 3.5v, then balancing starting voltage at around 3.41v. If your charge your pack at 3.4v the absorption time will be super long.
i helping a friend to retrofit a reach truck from lead acid to lifepo. currently it is using 48v 360ah (24s) flooded lead acid battery, nothing in between from the battery to reach truck just a anderson connector. My plan is change it with 32 cell of lishen 202ah 16s2p, and the BMS is 250a...
If the cabin use no power when there is no people there, you may just shut it off after full charge, it will save you some cycle life on that, but do check your BMS idle consumption, if you decide to shutoff the system when leaving the cabin, it is good to disconnect the BMS also.
if you decide...
