Good morning all. One of my laser welded studs has come of my cell. See images. Can anyone recommend a fix. I do not have a laser welder. Can I drill and tap a thread? If so how deep ?

Sorry is 4 s ok with 2 cells in parallel. Such as 11 one wire 22 one wire 33 one wire 44 one wire?

Should I use 4s or 8s 12 volt 250amp BMS or is 4s ok?

11 22 33 44 was what I was going to do in 12 volt. For RV (caravan) with enerdrive 2600 12 volt inverter.

I have 2 12 volt lifepo4 200ah batteries, prismatic cells. 4s configuration. they both have 150 amp BMS. can I put the in parallel, if so what would be the maximum watts I could draw. Microwave, etc. or would I be better of configuration of 2p4s. Cells are 200ah 3.2 volt prismatic cells.

Any brand recommendations?

Reason for question is if I am camping or boondocking in the outback and one cell goes bad I can still have power.
