Are you talking about the Neey 4A? I have 2-- 6S lithium ion batteries, connected in series. So 12S @48volt. Leo told me I needed 2 balancers.1 FLfor each battery. I wondered about that. So are you saying connect the black to neg, as usual for balancers 1-6 wires to the next 6 wires, then 7-12...

We'll see who installs them first. I also ordered a Neey 4A balancer and 100 Balance 5A Active Balancer to test...I have 8 Tesla battery modules, 2 in series, 4 packs in parallel. Cora at 100Balance told me I only needed 4 BMS, everyone else said 8. My batteries are 6S, so 12S for 2 in series...
I've reached out to them and Cora wrote this to me. I bought 4 150amp with V1.2 firmware. I'll install in May and let you know what I think. I really like that you can monitor batteries from anywhere with WiFi and BT and Smart Active balancer is built in.

I have a 48 volt setup with my Tesla modules using 6 modules. 2s3p. 4 packs are nicely balanced, my 2 middle ones are drifting. I top balanced all of them 3 months ago. Now modules 3 and 4 are .4 apart. Can I see a picture of your active balancer setup?
