How many people here have tried implementing the @BradCagle solution? Anyone do it on a 48V battery? I'm particularly interested in implementing this on a 48V battery system.

@Skypower That's beautiful work. If you don't mind me asking: Those RS485 / USB pieces, Is that a CANbus to inverter connection? How did you attach those smaller pieces to the board? They look nice all aligned like that. Just glue?

Hey what ring terminals did you guys use for these red battery wires? The ones I chose originally fit but the insulator is getting caught on the flange nuts on the batteries. This is what I was planning on using: https://www.amazon.com/150-PCS-Ring-Terminals-22-16/dp/B07MY7B73K

Thanks a lot, it's encouraging to at least I'm not the only one spending a lot of time on this process. This is my first battery, I think I could probably rip though a 2nd one pretty quick if I had all the parts, by that I mean, maybe 3-4 days start to finish. But the first one has been tough.

Oh that's what those things are I keep seeing in people's builds. Zip tie mounts. Didn't know what they were. Looked for them at the dollar store here but they didn't have them. Seeing these tips is really helpful. Half these parts people are using I have never see before.
