I have an EPever 40 SC, (2) 100watt HQST panels, works great when its the only thing hooked to the battery, but when I add the main power from the truck camper to the battery and an accessory cable, it doesn't work any more. Any ideas? I have a 30AMP fuse from the panels to the charge...
Well i am still dealing with this, i was told fine stranded wire cannot be terminated using a mechanical lug. (Supplied with nader breaker) it can only terminate directly on the copper with the screw provided. The hole looks like its 1/4” which wont work with 3/8 ring. Any suggestions? Toss the...
the plot thickens.....I bought a separate terminal and connected the _+ and _ on the new terminal......now with both the + and - connected, the SC MT50 flashes welcome...over and over....if I disconnect the negative, the SC stops flashing welcome but it says the panels are not producing power...

When I mounted my fuse, my wires werent long enough, can i just use the red bus bar for black and the black for red? They look identical. I dont really want to swap them. Thks
I have a 100 amp panel in my detached garage with a 30 amp water heater. Why can’t I install a 30 amp receptacle and alternate the water heater and chargeverter?
It violates NEC but why is it different than an EV charger receptacle?

The battery is new, the indicator in the truck camper is saying the level is green, so I disconnected everything, attached the battery to the solar controller to see if that reset the voltage. With positive and negative connected, it flashes welcome......never gets past that....

I have two EG4 batteries into a bussbar with 2/0 cable for expansion. The terminal on the battery isnt wide enough for the 2/0 ring terminal. Any ideas?
