Background
I have an ac200p older version(1700wh). I have no problem charging with the main charger .however when I charge it using a 400w panel (2 x 200w), I does not charge and I keep getting the bleeping sound with faults codes 001 and 006
001 pv over voltage ( even when I used only 1 200w panel)
006 adaptor low voltage.
I contacted bluetii customer service but I am not getting any response.( 3 year international warranty with still over 14 months left)
Can anyone advise please.Thank you
