Does anyone know of a 8-10amp 12v DC-to-DC Lithium Charger that correctly does the phases of charging? The smallest one I can find is this but I would imagine that the input draw will be close to 25amps at full load. Does anyone know if the the "output" amps can be adjusted on the Victron...
