Sounds logical. Hard to update the firmware if you can´t connect to the BMS though. There is another port as well on my model with four pins (I think). It is next to the UART port and it is not labled on my model. Do you have this port as well timmeh?

Not good. I can’t get it to activate/start. Have tried the beep-mode And the diode-mode. But it will not kick-start my BMS. I’m clueless now and I think that a new BMS is the only way out of this mess. one more question: I know for a fact that I have the correct Voltage on all my balance leads...

9V battery did not work. Connecting B- to batter-minus and then balance leads and then diode mode or 9V battery did not work either.

Ok, mine is a 2*1,5V. Do you think it wold work with a plain 9V battery?

I have tried this now a number of times. Both beep-mode and diode mode. What type of battery do you have in your multimeter? Can it be so that mine is to weak?

Does the BMS make any sound when turning on? My diode mode and beep mode is on different settings so I don’t think it will make a sound. But I have the light board and that should light up right?
