Background
I'm a retired handyman, living off-grid at Slab City, near Niland, CA.
Current or Future Solar Power System
1-Main: 24V system with 8 6V golf cart batteries, 8 - 260W panels, a 2000W pure sine wave inverter, and a Midnight Classic 150 solar controller, with a 24V to 13.8V Buck converter. 2-Power trailer: 24V with 4 6V golf cart batteries 4 130W solar panels, a 2000W pure sine wave inverter and a 40A HQST solar controller, with a 24V to 13.8V Buck converter. 3- Shuttle bus: 12V with 2 6V 200Ah gel batteries, a 400W inverter and a 1000W inverter, 2 160W solar panels, and a 40A Epever Tracer solar controller. 4- Golf cart with 6-6V batteries, with 3 120W solar panels in series, a MakeSkyBlue 60A MPPT Charge Controller, and a 36/48V to 12V Buck converter. Plus a very small solar system in my water transfer van to transfer water from the 250 Gallon tank to my ground tank.
