Thanks. The switch is isolated. Lead and LFP never parallel. Going from 1 to 2 probably goes faster than using a resistor and then turning the switch.

If you do not let the voltage go up more than (3.4V) cells will most probably be balanced. If you go higher you end up in the knee and your Delta V starts increasing very fast.

Instead of changing the BMS it would be easier and cheaper to install a RC Cellmeter 7? Just drill a small hole for the sensor cables.
