I'm a solar power beginner. My skill set is carpentry, rough to finish, which goes hand in hand with remodeling and repairs. That of course goes with residential plumbing and electric. I also can drink a case of beer, by myself, within two days, if necessary.
Current or Future Solar Power System
We have been living off-grid for six years (no electric service). We have four 6V deepcycle batteries in parallel and in series, charged with a 130-watt portable solar kit and a generator. It's all we can afford.
