This sounds like the most likely problem. I'm about 10 volts shy of the Min 230. I'll get that spare panel connected today if I have to hoof it in to get it there.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I've heard the term overpaneling before. Do you think it's sending the excess to grid or is it, as someone else said, shaving it off? I'm all about turning that meter backwards when I can.
