For the past 7 years or so I’ve been operating a YouTube channel in the DIY/How To video niche. My background is in residential construction building houses back in Ohio for 15 years. Many of the houses that I built were “start to finish” including the electrical. I am not a certified electrician, but in the county I am from originally does not required licensing for residential. Typically I would hire an electrician (who I also worked for from time to time) for installing entrance cable and meter bases and to check over my work on service panels. After moving to Las Vegas I changed careers & now work on the strip in F&B.
On my YouTube channel, we cover a pretty wide variety of DIY and how to videos which include some automotive, home improvement and small solar projects & builds.
Current or Future Solar Power System
Our current system is on our RV/Camper. We have 2-100ah LifeP04 batteries in parallel to form our 12 V system. Where are using the Renogy 50amp mppt charge controller with alternator input. We also upgraded our AC to DC inverter charger for shore power charging. Our solar array is a work in progress!
I’m also in the process of building a 100ah LifeP04 powerstation-solar generator.
