Uppdate: The dealer wrote me today that they have sent me new balancing wires. Still no manual for the BMS. The balancing seems to take for ever, been charging 48 hrs now… Anyone familiar with this BMS that can help with the setup?

Uppdate 2: Thanks for the wise input! Changing the crappy wires from charger to 20 sqmm sure helped to speed up my top balancing!

Thanks for your reply Bud. I am top balancing at 3.60V (measured) with this rather cheap charger that can push 10A. Cells started at 3.293V all 4. Now the current shows 3.17A (almost cranked up to Max setting). It Started with some 4.5A I will use this Victron 20A charger later for the...

By this time the cells shows voltage 3.330V while measuring. Seems to have some time left…

Update 3: Today new balancing wires with correct JST arrived. I will now build the battery since the cells has completed Top balancing. I am trying to find a manual for the BMS (Daly LiFePO4 4S 12V 150A (R05U-GB08)) with no success. Can anyone help me with correct setup for the BMS? I sadly...

Hello Good people, I post this thread after getting inspired by this forum. Maybe I can get some guidance and wise input. The story is that I need to replace 2 AGM batteries powering Doughters car Hi-Fi. I ordered 4 310 Ah LiFePO4 cells and a Daly 4s 12v 150A BMS from a dealer on Alibaba.com...
