My deye 5K SGO3lp-1-EU can;t connect to the grid . In grid setting i see 369 volts !!! and 0 hz ! and red cross ! on the grid port i have 230 volts 1 phase, that is normal i;m in France in solarman i can read ac voltage 230 volts, but grid voltage 369 v !!! and smart load voltage 551 volts ...

Hi, new to the Deye hybrid inverter i'm just wondering if wiring one string on two mppt in the same time would reduce the load on the inverter ? i;m not sure it will work
