Jake59, I have a soft start Grundfos 10SQ05-160 (96160167 ) 3" well pump. 10GPM, 1/2 HP, 115 volts. My Trace SW4024 has no problems. It max out at 1.4kw if I remember correctly. Its soft start and variable speed.

Check out Onan / Cummins RV generators. They are pricey, but ours has been very reliable. Check with an RV dealer if he has any used ones. I purchased a 2 year old 5kw for $1,200 from a 2 year old totaled out RV as a spare.

I used a Johnson Control A19BAC-3C thermostat in my old freezer conversion. Or use their remote bulb version. Just wire in place of existing thermostat. It Has a differential setting also to help with freeze ups.

R410A phase out was pushed to 2025 for new equipment being manufactured. 410A will still be available for the service industry 10 years after the 2025 date for equipment warranty repair. Yes price will increase, it is on the rise currently. I purchased 2 skids @ 10 bucks a pound last year...

Searching for info on remote monitoring my Midnite Classic charge controller. Currently just have cell service. The Classic info reads RS232/ModBus. Could this be accomplished with a hotspot or maybe Starlink?
