Just a diy when it comes to solar. My stepfather and I have had his system prior to mine which I’m basically imitating in ways minus he doesn’t have a combiner box he has 2 more panels and 8 batteries total. Current or Future Solar Power System
6 100w mighty max polycrystalline panels, 2 100ah lead acid deep cycle marine/rv catagory 27 batteries, 50amp cheap says mppt but I believe it’s a pwm charge controller, Jupiter 2000w pure sine wave inverter and a eco worthy 6 string combiner box. Using 10awg solar wire with mc4 connecting directly into combiner box 1 panel per string(6panels,6strings) inverter wire is a 1/0 ccm wire(was supposed to be copper I did not catch it in time) would like to state my system is not up fully yet I’m building my cabin and have not made it to the building the rack part just yet.
