No, UPS batteries are not AGMs, they are SLAs. Check with APC if you don't trust that statement.
Most UPSes, including APCs, float the lead acid 12V at exactly 13.6, which is exactly 3.4V/LFP cell. If some UPS floats it at 13.8 that's 3.45/LFP cell...
