Background
DIY electrics, some electronics at Uni. I've put solar panels and chargers into two vans so far.

First van was a Ford Transit (built during Covid times) running a 2S2P comprised of 100W panels and a single 20W panel that charged the vehicle battery only. Battery and MPPT were transferred to my second van and all panels were stripped from it when i sold it.

My current van has a single 100W panel, Tracer 3210, Leoch 130Ah SLCA battery, that powers a 300W inverter, two usb sockets, a fan and a light.
Current or Future Solar Power System
I'm looking to buy a new van soon. The solar system will probably be 2x Hyundai 410w panels (from BimbleSolar) into two MPPT (one Tracer 3210 and one Epever DuoRacer so I can charge the Vehicle Battery as well as the Lithium) and a DIY 12V LiFePO4 battery, probably using 304Ah cells. Initially I want a single battery, but I intend when money allows to add a second one, giving me 600Ah of power. This should be enough for my needs.

If I could, I would like to do a 24V system based on the Epever UPOWER 24V AIO, but it would make no sense since much of what I own runs on 12V. Also budget won't allow dropping £600 on it when i can buy two Tracer MPPT, a 1500W Pure Sine Inverter and 20-30A mains charger, for less.
