What if I use a 16s BMS like this. Would it then manage each cell individually? I'm planning a build and would rather use only one BMS.

Thanks! Now that I've thought about this I've realized I can just put all my 16 cells in series forming a 48v system. Even better since I can then use cheaper hardware and and charger.
