Brucey. I was just reading the spec on that victron EasySolar-II 3kVA MPPT 250/70 GX. Its geared for a 250v grid (AC in and Inv out). It would charge my batteries, but fry my 120v system. bummer!

That's actually not a bad idea. It would add $225 canadian pesos to the cost, but is still $400 less than upgrading to the EasySolar-II. Though that unit has some seriously good stats. So much to consider. Thanks for your feedback Brucey
