  • Post in thread: Ecoflow Delta 2 charging hack problem

Thank you this helped me understand why my ecoflow delta pro 2 was only charging at about half speed. Turns out I had an xt60 cable and I needed an xt60i cable. So I'm ordering an xt60 to xt60i adaptor/exension cable and I am hopeful that will fix my issue.

Update, I have finally got my Delta pro charging at 1600 watts, at least for now. I reconfigured my panels to bring in 126 volts and that seems to have been what is needed. I'm blowing a squirrel cage fan into the air intake for extra cooling. So far it has only errored out and needed to be...
  • Post in thread: ecoflow delta pros only charging at half speed

I have bought a couple of delta pross that are supposed to be able to charge at 1600 watts, but the most I have been able to get them to accept is about 700-800 watts. I have verified that I have current coming through the xt60i cable is 98volts and between 10 and 16 amps depending on the time...
  • Post in thread: ecoflow delta pros only charging at half speed

Nope the ac200L has a voltage limit of 145 volts. The panels are in two series of 3 each, so I"m only feeding 130-something volts. The Bluetti is handling it great today, charging at full speed all day long, unlike the Delta pros that throttled back their charging after a short time. I am using...
  • Post in thread: ecoflow delta pros only charging at half speed

Doing a test at 2pm vs 10 am would not be a good test. I tested them sitting next to each other , using the same cable, and plugged it into both machines a few seconds apart. I did it several times. I also used the official Ecoflow input cable, as I noted above. Ecoflow support confirmed there...
  • Post in thread: ecoflow delta pros only charging at half speed

Following up... the problem is definitely my Ecoflow Pros. Both of them do not charge more than about 900 watts at most. Although briefly for a few seconds it charged around 1200 watts but then throttled itself down to 900. I just got a Bluetti AC200L and it is charging at its max of 1200 watts...
  • Post in thread: ecoflow delta pros only charging at half speed

I did use an xt-60i cable. I tried 3 them. None made a difference, not even the official ecoflow cable. Ecoflow support confirmed that xt60i is not necessary. I have contacted ecoflow support several times and they offered no solutions. They also told me that the low charging rate was normal...

The bluettis performance proves it is the ecoflow not my setup. I have 6 brand new solarever 450 watt panels connected in series providing about 130 volts and amps that vary depending on sun levels. The bluetti ac200L is able to use its full 1200 watt solar charge capacity all day long. The...
  • Post in thread: will this work? Cheap all in one inverter with cheap small battery to power A/C with solar panels

After failing to get my ecoflow delta pros to charge at full speed I am planning to buy an all in one inverter with a small battery to power an air conditioner that uses about 1300 watts maximum. I'm hoping the folks here can tell me if I'm about to make a mistake. I'm looking at either an...

I'm going to try that elfclub cable next, see if that works.
  • Post in thread: Ecoflow Delta 2 charging hack problem

Today I received two more xt60I cables from Amazon, which I ordered from to get fast shipping, but neither one of them work any better than the previous ones. I'm not sure I could tell if the pin were soldered, even if I cut it apart. I guess I will try the official ecoflow cables and see if...

Thank you. The all time minimum temp here is 24 degrees F .
  • Post in thread: 10 450 watt solarevers and an eg4 3000 - cutting it too close on voltage?

I just got an eg4 3000w 48v all in one inverter and 10 450 watt solarever panels. It has a limit of 500V on the solar in put. The VMP of the panels is 41.3 and the VOC is 49.05. Is this cutting it too close to the voltage limit of 500V to put all 10 in series? Many thanks for all the advice.

Update, I have finally got my remaining Delta pro charging at 1600 watts, at least for now. I reconfigured my panels to bring in 126 volts and that seems to have been what is needed. I'm blowing a squirrel cage fan into the air intake for extra cooling. So far it has only errored out and needed...

Would 9 panels in series be safe?
  • Post in thread: Ecoflow Delta 2 charging hack problem

I received my xt60I adapter cable, with the extra pin and added it to the end of the xt60 line, plugged it into the ecoflow, and it didn't change anything. My multimeter says the cable has 98volts and 10.2 amps so the power is there, but the ecoflow is only charging at 500 watss or so. Earlier...
  • Post in thread: will this work? Cheap all in one inverter with cheap small battery to power A/C with solar panels

Thanks I'm planning to use close to 3000 watts of panels, to run the A/C and at the same time charge my ecoflows for the night time. I've just never done anything like this before so I hope I am not overlooking something.

My bad. I have a delta Pro. I have two of them actually. I was calling it a delta pro 2 because the new one is called a Delta pro 3 and I thought the current model must be delta pro 2.
