Live Ground Shocked 5 Year Old

I think most electricians on here are not concerned about him smoking his system but, when you have a child getting shocked, it’s a whole other level. OP could easily over look a critical piece of information that will make it impossible to troubleshoot correctly. Safety for him and his family...

EMT for DC PV inside the house. Why?

Scotty would enclose it in a airtight space and pulled a vacuum on it. Same as you would with dilithium crystals.

Really need some help or advice

Diagram #10 shows grounds from the inverters going to nothing in the transfer switch. I figure it is a drawing error as there is no need to run ground from inverters.

    Your preference, DIY or rack?

I love how professional it is laid out. I would like to see a schematic of this setup.

Continuing DIY or give up DIY to buy already assembled battery?

    16 3.2v cells in series gives you a 51.2v (48v) battery.

    MPP Solar LV6548 + 6 x 545W Canadian Solar panels

If you don’t mind me asking, how much battery are you using with your two LV6548’s? You have a DIY battery setup right?

    Your preference, DIY or rack?

I haven’t measured both but, a16s 280ah diy would give you 14kWh and cost less. You may not be worried about cost and the rack batteries would look good.

Continuing DIY or give up DIY to buy already assembled battery?

I am an industrial electrician so, tools and experience is a check. As for time, well I got to be doing something. A 16S gives me 14-15kWh for about $2000 compared to 5.12kWh at $1600.

    MPP Solar LV6548 + 6 x 545W Canadian Solar panels

I bought panel’s according to the recommended configuration in the manual. I found out that their configuration only works if you live in the tropics. I think your idea of using EG4 MPPT charge controllers will allow me to utilize all my panels.

    MPP LV6548 250v

Those cold days are few for my area. Disconnecting panels ahead of those days would work.

    MPP LV6548 250v

    5S2P puts me at 248V @ 10F.

    MPP LV6548 250v

297 297V by the calculator I used. i can use the unused panels on my cyboinverter for hot water.

    MPP LV6548 250v

I purchased a MPP LV6548 and 24 325W panels to get maximum wattage. When I figure VOC for my low temp I go over max voltage (297.6V). I calculated the suggested panels they use in the manual, they also go over max voltage (278.7V). Maybe I am missing something. Do I drop to 5S2P instead of 6S2P...
