Yes, you would have to configure your charge controller for 48V and have enough power from your array. It's pretty simple. This will also give you the ability to increase your array size from (24V) max 1500 watts to (48V) 3000 watts max.

For what it’s worth I have 4 24V batteries I bought last year from battery evo and they have been great. I cycle them pretty much everyday and they are still very good. I primarily use them to charge my Tesla so they get a good workout.
