Do we know the real world lifespan of Plug'n'Play LFP batteries?

Now that Battleborn popularized prebuilt LFP batteries 6 or so years ago, has anyone actually run their LFP into the ground, well, down to 80%, in normal use? I know theoretically we see projected lifespan of 2000 to 6000 cycles but curious what is actually happening in the real world.

    Ecoflow Delta2 solar charging

May be worth buying one more panel. I have two 200w of similar spec in series and get 350w, I need to install two more for 2s2p which should give the full 500ww and combined 55v VoC. But it never gets below 72F at night so no worries.

Advice for first time buying LiFePo4 Cells from Alibaba

That is very true. I use one supplier for batteries who is well known here, Amy Wan of Shenzhen Luyuan. She is a little more expensive than other Alibaba vendors but totally professional with a perfect reputation. She communicates very well and can help your decisions on what you are looking...

Total Noob wants to run a mini fridge

I recently moved 4 refrigerators I've owned from family to family like musical chairs. I now use a mini fridge bought 10 years ago which I will give to another family without one when I leave in 3 weeks. It's connected to the Kill-A-Watt since getting it, because why not? It now reads 7.33 KwH...

Cheapest 48v 50ah battery I've found so far. $409.99 free shipping

Surely most of us have four friends who use eBay. That's what friends are for. For me the issue is the shipping to here at $150 each.

Total Noob wants to run a mini fridge

An update. The house is now wired with 6 LEDs, 9w is totally sufficient. 8AM they sent a photo with 30% power remaining. The last post was an estimate and happily I was a little pessimistic on the use. This comes to about 600wh per night. Your idea won't keep your food cold for the night.

Victron is Over-priced Eurotrash. Why would anybody buy Victron over an AiO?

You misunderestimated. A few other comments haven't aged well either, including one asking how many lifetimes would it take for a Victron 24v system to pay for itself. The answer is: a couple years. For my extremely limited demand a Phoenix 24/1200 for around $300 has 900w and a long surge to...

Total Noob wants to run a mini fridge

JWLV is right on. Update on the Delta 2 I always try the least possible and work up from there. I hooked up my Delta 2 and two 200w panels to power a small tropical house, really only a mini fridge, a phone charger, floor fan and 5 15w LED lights. The lights take 75w, (85w with the losses) the...

How long can you (and your family) survive if the grid went down for an extended period?

One of the reasons I live in three countries on two continents of what US folk call 3rd world. The bigger reasons are the lack of most everything survivalist and gun related. I doubt many would understand. That’s a good thing. The downside is the high cost and lack of availability of quality...

Total Noob wants to run a mini fridge

Kinda real world here. I just built a small house in Nicaragua for a small family. They will use my Delta 2 and a couple panels for the time being. I tested it for a week running a generic mini fridge for two weeks, periodically charging it with AC. From 4PM to 9AM it used 60-70% indicated of...

LiFePO4 heating pad for cold temperatures

I live in tropical areas so this doesn’t affect me. For a while I had two small independent systems because of a big load a few times a day on a large inefficient inverter and another using a Victron 12/800 to power essentials 24/7. Each had their own battery and panel because of voltage...

Does the BMS on these cheap batteries have bluetooth? If not, at least this is easy enough to get into to upgrade.
