I finally got hold of them installers and they also confirmed it’s in the wrong place the cable from the meter to ct is too short to put it in proper place cut it I guess so they need to send a new one and an engineer to fit it in the proper place.

Yes I was just looking at that I have a Solis S5-3.6KL inverter as per attached which has a 3Kw charge / discharge and my Battery has a 5Kw Charge / discharge so the battery will only charge to 3Kw does that mean it needs to discharge 3Kw before it will charge from grid again.
