Be careful with alliexpress they have a disclaimer hidden at the bottom of their pages . After you hit the view more button.. It says if you are not willing to pay duties don't buy the item.. So I think they give you a price that looks good but when it comes to your country then customs want...

Finished the second one instead of the first one since I am short two batteries but here is one complete and it just needs tie wraps on some of the internal wiring and tidying up .

I got the boxes from eBay and waited and waited two for 55 total , i think then bought all the rest of the internals and copied the wiring for my needs..the components I could get but a complete box assembled was too much so I just borrowed their wiring methods and did it myself :)

I just ordered 32 from her same type and will let you know.... I have always ordered from her.. up to 60kw so far ..

Ok last one till jenny sends me my last two batteries wiring cleaned up and charging and balancing at two amps after the cells reach 3.45V! So I got my stuff mostly and jenny so far was good to her word..

I asked her and she said they covered any tariffs with DDP shipping terms so I just bit the bullet after she confirmed this.. I got a tracking number but it wont work till I get the units landed in the USA..

Last for the nite have things to do :)

Final update...Got it working my diagram was correct but I could not get the BMS to turn on by pressing the on switch.. (Zero volts on output terminal) What i found is you need the unit turned on and use a power supply to inject a charging current and that boots the BMS for the first time ...

Glad I could help my suffering is your joy!..... Joking Joking!!!! Hopefully I'll get it in 15 days like amazon says I'll take more pictures then if anyone needs any close ups.. I Am building a shop.... the inverter will be here before the shops finished lol....

I know that's why I go slow because there is a lot of energy involved here it can melt a wrench.... I am just frustrated with their idea of tech support three requests and the same document sent all three times.. Ahh well I think I have got it just paranoid loll!

Below is for battery to inverter comms only and maybe solar assistant! I think Sumry uses rs232 with rx and tx on pins one and two (might have to switch them if it doesn't connect two and one as opposed to one and two) So the cable will have one end with one and two connected and the other end...

Don't USE the Ones I posted earlier they are in fact true bimetallic bonded lugs meant for connecting aluminum wires to copper... They are not to be used for copper to copper sorry!!...

Looking at breakers that go between the inverter and batteries they have 125 Amp 60VDC Breakers out now.. And I saw these type of lugs to connect to the breakers... They look like dissimilar metals but in their install video they show using it on copper cables. Just thought this might be an...

I have a kit from Seplos and they sent me the battery config its suppose to be 4s2p but if I load the batteries as in step six then place the bus-bars as in step seven I think I will have a big bang! And in step seven I see that the serial bar codes do not line up as the way the step six shows...

yes the bus-bars are exactly the same looks like the battery will eat itself with the first step install!

8 cells total four sets of two 3.2v cells (in parallel) those are then placed in series to give 12.8v See attached picture...

Also in the 7th step if you look at the serial identifier codes they are mismatched from that of step 6..doh.

Oh and yeah a T class fuse would be nice if it fits..

rivet nuts would be a quick fix..

I used a Victron lyn020102000 power on Distribution Unit On some of my stuff its the one with no electronics inside of it but you can modify it for fuses yourself there are videos on you tube..

Did you try and hook up a small charging voltage to wake up the bms?

I had one of those battery kits it too had space ... the manual I had stated to add more foam spacers...I had some extras so I just added them at the face plate by the BMS mount..

Like I said this probably wont work as its from memory and I can't test until I get my batteries and stuff but its worth a try.. I was scouring the internet since I got this inverter cheap and I am going to use it for just air conditioner and lights... but in the mean time every time I found...

I will also upload a diagram of my thinking but need a little bit of time to set that up...

Well looks like UPS drop shipped one of my 16 Battery boxes (two batteries in each box). And when I say drop ship I mean they shipped the batteries then "DROPPED THEM ON THE GROUND" Jenny told me they are now a environmental issue as in the lithium is probably showing and UPS will ship them back...

I have a Hydraulic crimp and that's what they use on the ones I mentioned just seems easier fit ... I think I will order some and give it a try..
