I need to upgrade the cable on my BMS. Can someone tell me the name of this connector? It goes on a Lifepo4 8s 24v BMS.

1.) Is it ok to use aluminium lugs for the grounding my solar panels or should they be copper? 2.) Is 10 gauge wire thick enough? I have 10 panels and the run is about 40ft to the earth grounding rods.
