Which solar charge controller(s) is going to be the best for wiring multiple panels to 48v bank?

Voc is 47.7 Ioc is 18.8 The array is about 500ft away

So I have a basic understanding of how the wiring would work for 4-8 panels.. But what about 100-200 panels? How are the larger arrays wired? Surely each row of 10-20 panels are combined with a combinder box but then how do you wire up 10 of those?

Plans to expand. Im just curious if there are higher voltage charge controllers on the market without all of the extras

What about the EG4 MPPT100-48HV?

How should a completely off grid system be grounded? I tried doing my own research but it seems like there’s ton of contradicting information. Two 6000XP’s will be energizing the main panel. Also this is a metal building.
