Thats not true. Many bms are programed to tell the inverter how to charge a battery. My pylon batterys cut charge rates at different soc. That's not protection.

In reply to the first post the Growatt battery will not supply any power unless their is communication from the inverter. This is done by the BMS.

Would you know the date range? I just received 2 new ones but the manufacture date looks to be 210506 !!

Thanks, I can see one difference initially on a very quick scan, D12 is omitted on the 10C but my 10C has it!!

U14, U12 is missing on 10D but has OP5, R101 R100, R99

Would anyone have any details or a photo ( with makings) of the CT Current transformer for these inverters? ie Turns ratio etc. Would anyone have details for the socket for the input and the plug for the EPS? They look to be exceedconn but I can't find which ones!!
