Thats the problem with some forums, one or two take on the superior high and mighty ground, newbies look then leave and the forum stagnates.

The growatt 3000 charges to 58v as does my Deye 5K.

I had my inverter open before I installed it as I have heard about the noisy fan, cant say that i recall a fan? My inverter is only 4 months old from new.

The original Deye 5k inverters seemed to have had fans in them as there are reports of noisy fans. If my inverter was outside I would make it more water and dust proof.

I recently switched from Growatt to Deye and the Deye wins hands down in performance.

Hi. You need to set the battery discharge floor percentage, here is a pic of my settings, I have it set to 35% and the voltage floor at that setting is around 42v. If you leave it set to 100% the batteries with never discharge.

Growatt SPH6000 Deye is the same as SunSynk, if that's available, more bucks up front, but the head aches with Growatt..........grrrrrrrrr
