Well great news, hopefully. Immediately after posting this I tried again and it was declined, but in a different way (it actually said 'declined by bank') Got a text from my bank, told them it was me and next try it went through.

Nevermind, figured it out I think. Voltage difference accounts for difference in Ah in a series vs parallel setup. Hopefully that's right, sorry for the sidetrack.

Great thread it has brought up a question for me regarding charge controller settings. If your charging limit voltage is less than your boost voltage, does that mean you never go into boost mode, or does that mean once your charge limit voltage is reached it then goes into boost charging...

Yeah, I do think it's alibaba declining the sale as opposed to my card company. Out of the two cards I tried one did have the option to contest. I'm super apprehensive to send in a pic of my ID. I also really want this battery pack. I will try their support first, thanks for the info.

Can someone please point me to the video where Will actually shows bottom balancing lifepo4 cells? He talks about and shows the resistor setup he uses, voltages etc. I cannot seem to find it and I would like to make sure I watch it before I start.

If that's the case then I'm really confused. All the videos you seem him put together 4 cells labelled at (described as) 3.2v 100Ah, then he measures the capacity of the entire battery pack and always gets around 100Ah. I just assumed they rated capacity as a 12v pack, am I wrong?
