Bummer! I'm sorry to her about your troubles. The EB3A does NOT come with a solar charging adapter. I don't remember seeing any mention of the solar adapter being included.

I did receive a solar adapter from Bluetti yesterday. Thanks! I remember that one of the early reviews said you did not get one, perhaps to reduce cost. I’m glad that Bluetti changed their mind.

Both of my units do the same thing. With the units at 90%+ charge they start by pulling around 260 watts but then settle down to 150 watts.

I got the BougeRV 130 watt foldable panel for my EB3A. It works well and comes with an MC4 adapter that fits the Bluetti.
