@Solar Can you please recommend a battery charger that i can buy for this purpose ?

i have a battery bank of 4 200A 12V Deep cycle gel batteries that am going to connect in series for my system. My question is should they be balanced before use ? Like connecting them in parallel overnight ? Thanks,

Hi @HRTKD, you are correct, i was using the Isc. So am supposed to use the Imp? But even with the imp, the current is still slightly higher than max series fuse rating. it is 10.52 x 2 = 21.04 is it ok to not use the fuses if the difference is too small ?

@Wellbuilt for fusing the battery, the manual recommends a 125A fuse with a 35mm2 (2AWG) cable for up to 5 meters length, from 5 to 10 meters, a 70mm2 (2/0AWG) cable is recommended.
