Instead of adding more cooling you might want to look at windshield ceramic coatings for the windows (some are available that are legal for the windshield) and a dehumidifier. The film has high light transmission, but low heat transmission.
I'm in lower Alabama, so I know your pain with the...
You could try adding a leading edge with Airtabs (or similar) aerodynamic vortex spoilers to break up the air flow so that you don't create low pressure areas.
Airtabs
That would be the seldom used in Alabama 70AMP heater circuits.
A LV 6048 output is 6000w at 120v so 50Amps. Not sure where one would find more capacity other than putting a second inverter in series.
Go figure that Generac rates their AIO at 9000w/120v so 75Amps..
Granted surge on a LV6048 is...
I would make a hook assembly for the front that holds onto the cross bar, then a second hook on the rear cross bar that has either a tensioner or a thumbscrew/hand tightening nut on it. Then to remove you just release the rear tensioner and push the panels forward until the front hook disengages...
If you wanted, you could hook the MPII up to the opposite end of the bus bars in the Lynx the end that you would normally hook the next Lynx onto. If you do you might need to expand the openings a tad to fit the lugs in, but it is made for the tangs from one 1000AMP Lynx to fit into another.
You might want to look at this fellow's video on his LiFePO install. He had similar issues.

I was thinking about systems in my Class A RV and the system I'm putting in my home as well.
It seems to me that with the large storage bays down below on a Class A that a server rack would fit just fine into one of the heated bays.
And an identical system would work perfectly for a house and...
Just a quick note, there are some inverters made for rack mount but they seem to be limited capability. Could work. Would be nice if there were more options (like boost) and if all the connections were on the front.
Rack Mounted Inverters
Here is the only option I could find for rack mounted solar charge controllers.
Again the design problem is wiring on the back.

I have an MPP LV6048 and would like to run my grid power through it to my main panel.
I just have not been able to find any documentation on what the passthrough limit is?
It does say Max Bypass Current of 40 Amps, that seems a little low.
If it can't handle the AMPS going through it I'll need...
I wanted to install between the power meter and main panel.
I am installing a Generac Auto Transfer switch at the power meter which monitors the utility line in and disconnects it when the power is out which will prevent me from energizing any linemen.
Doesn't sound like I can pass through it...
I'm trying to do something like this Generac system, but to also be able to use it when the utility is available to reduce utility use.
