Replacement AC200 received today. Has same temperature defect. Shows nearly 30°f below ambient temperature. IMO this is either a product defect or the unit has a built in freezer. But seriously, two in a row. Anyone have any other ideas why besides this being a product needing a recall?
No error codes here but I am on my 2nd AC200 both report pv/car charge temp about 30°f below actual temperature. In fact the AC200 shows the temp on 3 screens. It is a different temperature on all screens but most notable is the below freezing temp reported on both units pv/car charge screen.
Bluetti says my AC200 shipped already....UPS says label was printed 4 days ago but nothing has been sent to UPS yet. Also Bluetti sofar has refused to change shipping address to a UPS service center for pickup claiming it has already been shipped.
Mine is 377, label printed on 10/12 and Bluetti still claiming UPS has possession of it.....which I doubt since UPS is usually good at updating tracking.
