    Lifepo Major Voltage Sag

I am using studs and nuts already, they just were quite loose on the terminals. In terms of the torque wrench, I've heard 35 foot pounds for the nuts, is there any specific recommendation for the studs or is it the same?

    Lifepo Major Voltage Sag

Thanks for the tips. I'm ordering the torque wrench now and will be lightly sanding the terminals. For the busbars I'll file then sand them, I know they need to be perfectly flat. I just didn't realize the degree to which sort of bad connections can lead to voltage sag under load. Its incredible...

    Lifepo Major Voltage Sag

Thank you both. It was just terminal connections. I tightened them up drastically and sag went from 4v to .2v. I'm still waiting on new busbars to clean to the terminals, but I will do that as well. Thanks again.

    Lifepo Major Voltage Sag

I'm running a 48v system with 16 Eve 280 ah cells (ordered from Basin) and during testing, I'm having issues with the voltage sagging significantly under any moderate load. For example, under a 700 watt load the voltage will drop from 53v down to something like 48v (I'm measuring at battery...

16 272 Lishen from Basen in New York

sure @Bob142. Eight have been sold but I still have 8 left to sell. All of them were in good condition when I got them, with only minor scratching on the terminals (which I think is par for the course according to what I read here). All the terminals do work fine though and are functional. Here...

16 272 Lishen from Basen in New York

Hi All, I bought 16 of the 272 ah Lishen battery cells from Basen, received them in December. I've ended up not needing them so I would like to sell them. They appear in perfect condition without issue and the little testing I've done on them suggests they are in good shape. Price would be $2000...

Damage to cell terminal still safe?

I probably wouldn't worry about it personally. Would definitely make sure to not go to deep with the bolt or screw though.

Growatt LV verses LF split phase

any updates on the performance? I am thinking of doing a very similar setup with the Sigineer M6000L-48SP and am wondering what people think.

Hey, thanks of the advice, really appreciate it.

    16s 48v Amazon lifepo4 BMS

Hi All, I'm sorry if there is a thread covering this, but does anyone have experience with some of the Daly BMS on Amazon? For example I see this and this. I'm wondering if people have much faith in products like these. Do these look remotely programmable? For example adjusting overcharge or...
