because I have the same problem, error 19 and voltage 0. probably the battery went dead to cut off low voltage. but I don't have Pv panels, i charge the battery only from utility grid does the battery charge from AC source even if the inverter is turned off?

yes but in growatt if you set the battery type to lithium you cannot set the max charging current

what if I changed the battery type to user and set the parameters within the safe range: cv 56.4v, float 54, dod 48v? will the bms still work?
