92mV delta would not be considered very balanced, if that's right after balancing finished. But it could be later.

I can't answer that question.
This is the charger I have, it is set for Lithum, that's all I can say.
When I connect to shore power the battery charges through a 40 smart charger which I have set to AGM as it does not have a Lifepo4 setting.
I have seen it pumping just over 40 amps at 14.4v
