The battery was completely consumed and the inverter was disconnected. Now I want to charge the battery again, but the inverter runs for 3 seconds and the inverter disconnects for 15kw 3phase

I believe once you deplete them to to zero you need an mppt or charger capable of waking up the BMS, check the battery owners manual.
