Hello everyone,greetings from BUlgaria ! ! !
I have 3 phase DEYE(and 13.5 kWp solar power on the roof) installed in Bulgaria with the right grid standard, AC ,DC cables and System Work mode.Everything was ok ,since about 3 days ago ,when hell started
..... every morning at 5:30 , 5:40 i have same error f42_parallel_version_fault and the inverter shuts down , the AC out is 0 ,and the PV production is stopped until I manualy restart it ( AC and DC disconnect and shut down the inverter) ,then everything starts working fine. Before that ,there was no problem and faults. When i cheked the graphics ,i found that at that particular time the GRID voltage stays at around 230 V at every phase ,but the current drops to 0 A at every phase.This occurs for about 10-20 seconds and the inverter shows f42...... even when i changed the reconnection time to grid to 600s ,the problem exists...... the only solution is to restart it MANUALY ...... The AC connection to the grid is perfect with no loose cables or etc. Has anyone had same problem .....any solution ??? I started to think that's GRID unstability but ..... I don't know!?!?
