Hello everyone! I'm looking for a portable solar generator in the 1500Wh - 2000Wh range with UPS capability for my home office. I would appreciate any recommendations.

I've had good luck with my ecoflow Delta 2 max, 2400W output and 2kWh of battery. That said, none of my PC's are running heavily loaded, if they are at the limits of their PSUs the switchover from grid to battery may not be quite fast enough for them. Main thing is it's fairly quiet in operation which can't be said for a lot of the smaller portable units. Can also charge pretty fast if needed (around 1600W from AC plus 500W from solar).

Another vote for Ecoflow, I have the delta 2. My brother owns some pharmacies and he bought a bunch of delta 2 max with extra battery for their fridges, so far so good

I really appreciate all the responses! One of the Delta 2 Max features is "AC Always On" so that is definitely what I need. I see that the Anker SOLIX F2000 has a UPS feature with < 20ms switch time (although I would prefer an "AC Always On" feature). Any objections to the Anker SOLIX F2000? What about OUPES Mega 3? The Delta 2 Max is a great product, I'm just exploring different options.

Just some food for thought, not quite what you asked for but something like the components below would be so more versatile.

You could build your own UPS on a 2-wheeler or if portability wasn't a requirement you could set a new subpanel and seamlessly back up most if not all the lights, refrigeration and computers in an "average" house.
