I am having trouble with Will's Eg4 48V Hand truck system, I can not get the Eg4 48V server rack battery to charge much past 50%. I am using the recommended Eg4 3000 EHV-48 Solar Inverter/Charger. It has to be a setting I have missed. Does anyone have what all the settings should be on that unit? i am using 4 - 50V (400W) panels so the 200V is more than enough to charge.

Does the inverter stop the charging saying it's at 100%? Do you have the communication cable between the battery and the inverter? Does the screen on the inverter show PV coming into the unit?

What is your load? 1600w of panels would need about 3-5 hours to fully charge a 5kWh battery with no load.

What are your battery charge settings?

The controller takes the battery to 48% and then what was the blinking charge light on the controller stays solidly lit. I am using the supplied communication cable from Eg4 and it was charging to 99-100%. I think it is a setting that I may have changed accidently while going through the menu system on the 3000. sadly I could never get the Wifi dongle to work . any help with what the settings should be would be appreciated

Do you know the voltage of the battery when it stops charging?

Additionally, what firmware version is the battery running on?
