BMS adjustment maybe

Hi Guys, I looking for a replacement battery ( LFP ) for my acid 12V /42amp battery that came in my BYD electric car. So I was thing 50Amp LFP battery should be fine for what I need . Guys on my Car forum are saying I need 14.4 volts to charge the battery, but my car only gets 13.8 V to charge the acid battery. So my ? do I need 14.4 V or 13.8 V be ok, but at that voltage I never get to 100% state of charge. Maybe you can adjust the BMS system to suit thought Bluetooth app that a LFP battery has BT built in regards Alex from Downunder in Australia

13.8V (3.45V) will get you to a full charge eventually, I think you will be OK but I would let some real experts chime in.
