Battery percentage ?

My battery is just be in charged and once it his a 14.5-14.6v its stops accepting anymore charge. I then disconnect it from the charger and it starts to trickle down to 13.5-13.8v without anything being drawn. As an example I put a 50w load for 5minuts and its now down to 13.3v.
