I am using an MPP Solar PIP 1012-MS all in one (mppt charge controller, shore power, and 1000w inverter) and I would like to turn off the inverter function of it while leaving on the solar charge controller because I do not like the high power consumption without load. Do you know of a way to do that?

i have the 1012, the inevrter is turned off by the switch on the bottom right of the unit, the charger function will still work when the inverter is turned off, I leave my inverter off since I use external 3000W inverter because the built-in 1000W inverter is not big enough to run my big fridge.

There should also be a power saveing mode that can be enabled that should shut down the inverter section when the load is not detected.
