Good day I have a LV 5KVA-48V INVERTER / CHARGER and I'm only installing 1 and running it in single phase. But I'm keep getting this code the manual does not show how to set it in single phase . Also it I'm not getting my solar to charge my battery when it powers on it beeeeeps stay on for a few seconds then peeps screen blinks and repeat with said error code. Any help in this matter would be appreciated thanks

note on many of these hybrid inverters, to access the parallel program option, they typically have to be powered off.

On my growatt, disconnect the loads, power off the unit (toggle the power button on the bottom) before the screen goes dark start scrolling through the menu options.

Same as the LV5048 but it's something I'm not understanding I guess. Correction it's the parallel ID. I'm not sure attach is the only parallel ID setting I see but don't know how. Also a picture of my ac out I'm thinking it's not hooked up Correct for single phase.

One unit (no parallel) operation all parallel ID dip switches should be off.

Yes I think it's in 2A0 will check and verify. The ID dip switches all 4 should be in the down position which is off correct? I'll set them all in the down position and make sure I'm in 2A0. Is my wiring ac output correct pictured above, black being the hot/positive wire ?

Thanks I'll check this evening and let you know around 6 when I finish work. Thanks
Good day I check my settings and I do have it set at 2A0 but my ID was not set to all off . So I set them all off im not getting code 88 any more I'm now getting code 91 which says working mode synchronization loss

I don't have the software cd or the cord but isn't it possible to install with out it or do I need it. I'm still getting no power or charge from solar

The software can be downloaded, however youll still need the cable to connect the laptop to the inverter to upload the software.
Now that I think about it, i may have read a previous posts about someone getting pushed an update by Ian perhaps over wifi? however dont quote me on that.

I tried looking for the software via Google but no luck imma search some more but if you know a website where I can find it I'll appreciate that. And I'm going hunting to find a cord that might work most are the same . I appreciate your assistance very much thanks for the info

It is hard to tell from your photo in Post #5.

Are the AC input N and output N's hooked together?

White looped wire connects input and output neutrals (N).

No I don't have anything hooked up to the ac in. I'm completely off the grid. I plan on hooking a generator in the near future. But for now it's empty only wired to the ac out side. The black to L1 the white to neutral and the bare Cooper wire to the ground . All 3 are run straight to a outlet no breaker for now.

Do you think I might still have to loop the neutral?
