I am fairly certain that Megarevo replaced it for them. Those Chinese retailers don't have the margins to afford the replacement on their own. Knowing what I know now, I would not have chanced it with a manufacturer like that.We at least LS is stepping up, I'm glad to hear it! It makes me wonder if Megarevo is agreeing to replace it for them on the backside, or if they are taking the hit???
I've found the reported total lack of CS & TS support from Megarevo very troubling, even before your issue took place. Now that we've seen the first failure in the field, I find it even more so troubling they have not even responded to you. There looks to be a huge gap here and as a potential customer, it's very concerning...
