I have two LV6548 inverters with 5 SOK rack batteries, used the pylon setting and after several days would get code 62. Would shut the inverters down and this would reset, but problem would reoccur several days later. Batteries SOC varied from one another, OVP tripped on the batteries, one had been tripped 40 times. Was told by seller to change setting to USE and manually input the settings until batteries had recharged 20 times. I have very little draw on the system as I am reluctant to rely on this system for my house until it has proved it will function. One inverter has firmware 69.02 (the master inverter) and the slave inverter has firmware 112.14. I have read the post about code 61 being thrown and how updating firmware to 112.19 resolved the issue. Also read about the resistor used to keep from overheating, but I have tried soldering in the past and I SUCK at it. Turned out a globbed mess so this is out of the question for me. Tonight the temperature will drop down around 10 degrees and thought I'd shut the inverters down, let cool and leave door open to take the solar shed temp down to 10 then attempt the update on both inverters. My question is will rthe cold hurt the batteries? I would appreciate thoughts and input. Code 62 means the assigned number to each battery reported to the inverter has changed or been lost, at least that is my understanding.
Thanks,
Zack

Tried to update firmware on both LV6548s. Computer tried to connect but connection was closed after each attempt as was unable to connect. I even tried changing each inverter from double phase to single phase then tried. No luck. Used the same cable that came with the SOK batteries to connect to the master and the cable worked fine with the batteries. ?
